Where are WaterField Designs products made?
Every WaterField bag, case, and accessory is designed and handcrafted locally in our workshop in San Francisco, California.
What materials do you use for your bags?
We use premium, high-performance materials including 1050 Denier Ballistic nylon, waxed canvas, and full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather sourced from top-tier tanneries.
How long does shipping take?
Most items are made-to-order. Production typically takes 1-5 business days, after which domestic shipping generally arrives within 2-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made items or final sale products are not eligible for return.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. We offer a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide via FedEx and DHL. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred.
